雖然是陰錯陽差，你很難否認Stephen Curry是史上最超值的的球員之一，不過若新版勞資協議（CBA）通過，他有可能成為史上最昂貴的球員，沒有之一。
根據《ESPN》消息，Curry的年資符合新版協議的資深球員條件，年薪有可能從今年的1137萬美元暴增3倍，上看3600萬，複數年合約總值有望飆破2億美元。
目前史上最高薪是曼菲斯灰熊控衛Mike Conley的5年1.53億，但那也只是天時地利，適逢團隊薪資提升、年資到達最高標準，本來就預期會在短時間內被打破。
Curry這張合約是在2012年簽訂，簽約前一季他因傷只出賽26場，因此影響他的身價，未料他不僅迅速走出傷痛，還成為史上最瘋狂的持球射手，也率領勇士變身「破紀錄機器」。
不過Curry想成為「史上最富男」還有一道關卡，那就是他的新隊友Kevin Durant，Durant在2017年夏天擁有提前跳脫權，若勇士想繼續留住這組「MVP連線」，已經不是所費不貲能形容。
NBA主席Adam Silver日前表示，新版協議確實是希望幫助小市場球隊留住球星。
